Systems: Essence Emergency Call System and SNOM Wireless Phone Replacements
St. Therese Villa is a designated supportive living community that serves over 200 residents in southern Alberta. The building includes 124 private studio suites, 16 couple’s suites and 60 secure dementia suites.
With the discontinuation of Tunstall Emergency Call Systems and Panasonic Phone Systems, St. Therese required an economical solution for replacements. PCS was able to commission the remaining Tunstall devices, as well as add Essence units where necessary.
The existing Panasonic PBX and desk phones could be supported, but the wireless phones could not be and we added SNOM wireless phones for their staff. The SNOM wireless phones are not proprietary and can be used on future expansion or replacement PBX’s, which makes them a perfect replacement for Panasonic wireless phones.
