Just wanted to send a quick email to say a HUGE thank you to you and your team for the great job and smooth transition on our recent phone change over at Eau Claire.

In particular Trent and Jeff deserve a pat on the back for their patience and professionalism, especially with our Residents. Coming into a building with a large population of dementia is never an easy feat for contractors but these guys are pros! They were always friendly with the Residents and would direct them to a staff member if they needed help. They were very cautious not to leave any tools laying around, where Residents could grab them or trip. A refreshing change was to see Trent and Jeff knock on my office door before coming in or asking for permission, if I was on a call or had someone in my office they would respect our privacy and come back at a later time. Both Sharon and myself can not say enough good things about Trent and Jeff.

Kudos to Drew for making the programming a painless experience. On the day of the switch over Drew made the in-service/training session fun and interactive for all staff. He took the time to make sure everyone understood how to operate the new phones and answered all questions no matter how big or small. It was great to have the phones in hand to do the training, it helped with a smooth transition.

Overall the team were very helpful and had lots of patience with me in particular. No matter how silly I thought a question may be the guys reassured me that it was ok and made sure I was comfortable asking whatever questions I had no matter how big or small.

For any future plans PCS will be our first call. Congrats and thank you to everyone involved for a job well done!!
